Who we are

This website is run by the SPADELLA Italian Street Pasta team, preparing the opening of SPADELLA at Real Padel Miami, 1739 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33132. For any privacy request write to info@spadellamiami.com.

What we collect, and why

Only what you choose to give us in the “Be the first to know” form:

• your email address, the date you signed up and which form you used;
• your consent to receive opening news by email.

We use your email only to tell you about the opening of SPADELLA in Miami: opening date, launch news and events. We never sell it, rent it or share it for other people’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the opening. Every email we send includes a simple way to unsubscribe, or you can just write to us.

Where it is stored

The sign-up form is processed by a server of our technical partner in Italy (European Union), which stores your email address and sends us a notification. Basic server logs (IP address, browser, time of the request) are kept for a short period for security only.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Links to Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your email address, or to stop sending you news. We will do it promptly and confirm by email.

Children

The sign-up is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
